Happy Halloween! I woke up with a headache this morning. I's been happening for the past few days though so I am not blaming it on the cleanse. I am pretty sure it's just allergies.
I diverted from my dinner plans last night. BF told me he was making a delicious meal of marinated chicken breast roasted broccoli and a spinach salad. The only problem was that I ate it at 10:50 at night which is the time I got in from school. I also came across a box of Entenmann's donuts.....yeah.......so I had a chocolate one and while I was eating it, I found myself standing nearby the box and preparing for my next one.....and I wasn't even done with the first one. Thankfully the right voice chimed in and said "You should just sit and enjoy the one that you are already eating". So I did....and I didn't think of having a second donut. Just wish I was strong enough to have not been tempted by the donuts at all.....
Day 2 - I haven't noticed any difference in my energy and sluggishness. The pants I wore today don't feel too tight though, thankfully. Perhaps there is just more stretch in these than the ones I had on yesterday. I need to drink more water today than I did yesterday for sure....that also might be part of the headache problem...I bet you that I am dehydrated. Who wants to bet?!? Place your bets right now!
For breakfast I stopped in at the work Cafe' and instead of getting the scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon like I wanted to get, I just ordered some scrambled eggs with onions, peppers and marinated mushrooms and you know what?!?! I liked it better than the scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon. SO much flavor...I think it's from all of the garlic in the mushrooms. OMG YUM! So I am happy with today's decision to lay off the cheese and bacon for breakfast.
I am not going to lie....the Super Defense food is not good. I have tasted worse things (NONI JUICE OMFG!) but I have found that it is easier to get down when the water it is mixed with is cold and not room temperature...duh....still, I think I should probably mix it in with some juice...but I don't really drink juice and I am sure as HELL not going to put it in my coffee!
For lunch I will have the remaining Broccoli, Cauliflower and cheese with Honey Mustard. It keeps me full! I guess its all that fiber. nummies!
Oh and dinner....what's my plan for dinner? Well I guess I could go with yesterday's plan of stoppin gin at Krogetr and picking up some veggies before school. I wish I could buy pre sliced cucumbers.....I would FEAST on them!
